Regarding price, think it's good value for Basel. We were in a single room with an electronic key card, a cable television and a writing table. Everything created a WONDERFUL atmosphere.

Not far from many tourist places and 15 mins on foot from Fernet Branca Foundation. I used private parking on site. Take a look at St. Johann neighborhood, it's worth it:)))
